We can do many things to make HongKongers recycle more.I think that the shops can give HongKongers some cash rewards, such as if they bring their own recycling bags, they can recive 50 cents as returns.Besides, the government can also lead the HongKongers to encourage them to recycle more.For example,the government can design some colourful and attractive posters and post them up everywhere on the streets or in the shops.Moreover,the government can invite some famous pop stars or singers to propagandize certain green activities inorder to draw people`s attention towards recycle.Finally,we can start from the families and schools,because which are the children stay for a long time.

I think we should begin form the schools. It is because if schools are taught students how to recycling, students will learn how to recycling when they are young. The other method is if children's parents to keep every day to recycling, children will learn it form their parents. And the government can make more advertisement, promotional campaigns and other marketing strategies to give publicity the recycling important.
