My healthy life is doing something to keep healthy, we need to sleep early and wake up early.
In the morning, we need to do some exercise to keep healthy. We also need to eat healthy, we need to eat many vegetables and don't eat many sweet, salty and fried food.
We need to have many time to rest, don't use many time to play.
This is my healthy life, I hope I can share my healthy life.

I think we can drink some water to keep our body humidity.We shoud do just right sports of one week.If you don't like to have sports,you can have adequate break,and keep plrasance mood.I think we must a balanced diet,if we don't have the balanced diet,we will also get sick.We can absorption of fresh air of everyday,that can good on our trachea.We don't smoke and drink the beer everytime.I think all is a good point.

My healthy life is doing some exercise and aeting some healthy food every week and to learn from the book and you need some times to play some sport games.
In the morning,we are wake early to do some exercise as: run,and eat some healthy food as:vegetables,fruit but can not eat some fried food and to keep healthy.

I have a healthy life,I always doing exercise . I always drink water too, because it keep our boby healthy. I wake up early, it can make me have power. I never eat many oil food , sweet food and food with condiment. It is because those will make us fat. I always eat salad with vegetable, vegetable is a healthy food.
I always rest in the free time, so I have many power.
This is my healthy life, I hope other people can have a healthy life too!

Have healthy life we should eat more vegetables and varieties of meat. We should not eat and drink too much junk food, for example, chocolates, candies, ice-cream, cola, spite, chocolate milk. Also, we should exercise everyday in order to have a strong body. When our family members cook for us, they should avoid pouring too much oil into the wok. Apart from the above, a good sleeping habit is very essential too. We should always keep a smile on our face, keeping a happy spirit can help keeping oneself physically fit.

My healthy life is 9:30 go bed to sleep.If you don't belive you can try it one week you can have are healthy body in this week.
Everyday,i would do some sport if you do not everyday to do you can 1 week to do 1 time or more.
I think this point can help you change your life!!!

I think I have a healthy life, because I eat fruit everyday.And,I often do exercise too.We should have balanced diet custom.We shouls not alawys stay at home.We must eat fewer sweet,salty and fired food.They are not healthy.Of course,we should drink more water too and drink fewer coke.We need to sleep early and wake up early. If we can do that ,we can have a healthy life.

Keeping a healthy life is easy for me because I have a 'healthy list' for myself.
I think we should do exercise every day and eat breakfast every day because we can have more energy to do any things.And you can take a rest when you feel tired because you need more energy to do things.
At night, we should sleep early that you can wake up early tomorrow.
I think I can have a healthy life because my family support me. They always remember me to do exercise, eat breakfast...... so I want to thanks for them.
