1D My healthy life

Give advice on keeping a healthy life.

When you want to have a healthy lift you should do it.
Every day you should drink more water.It should be 8 glasses of water.And you can eat more vegetables.
And you need keep happy every time .Don't worry much things.
Second,you can go to the bed early.It is because you can have enough sleep.
Don't forget you cannot eat any oily food.
If you can do it , you had healthy lift.

My healthy life is drink more water. We must drink more eight bottle of water everyday. Drink more water can keep our life healthy, so we do not drink lot of soft drink. Soft drink use lot of sugar, sugar is not healthy because sugar can make people to be fat. Also we can eat more fruit and vegetable do not eat many oily food. If you sleep very early you may not have spirit next day so we do not sleep very early. I hope everyone can have a healthy life.

it is because we will lose a lot of water a day ,so we must drink more water ,we shout drink eight glasses of water,we shout not drink a lot of coke ,it have a lot of sugar .

MY HEALTHY LIFE
Do you have a healthy live?Lf not,you can learn some ways of standing healthy.From this article.To me,a healthy life is very important.
Nowadays,many people are very unhealthy.They usually sleep late because they play computer games or watch TY.They also eat many unhealthy food such as snacks and junk food.These food contain too much oil,sugar and fat.
So how can we be healthy?First,we should do more exercisea.For example,play ball games or go swimming.Second,we should eat more healthy food vegetables and fruits are good for us.We should eat more.Eat less salty and sugary food.They are bad for us.Third,we should sleer early so you with have more energy.Lf,you sleer late, you will set sick.
So more exercises,eat more healthy food and sleep early can make your body healthy.I hope you can have a healthy life from now on.

If you want to have a healthy life, you should drink eight glasses of water every day. You should sleep sever to eight hour every day. The most improtant thing is don't eat fast food because the fast food is very oily and salty, if you eat the fast food, you will fat easily.
My healthy life not only this, but also doing exercise evry day. Every day, I do exercise half hour.

To be a healthy person,
i'll do more exercise,
for example:
swimming,playing badminton,playing volleyball,playing basketball,playing football,playing table tennis,playing tennis and runing.To keep it fit I will eat less fried food like french fried,fried chicken wings ......these food will make us get overweight,fat and not good for our heart.Besides we must eat more vegetables like tomato,lemon,apple,cherries,pear, strawberry,watermellon,
A+vegetables,brocolli,cabbage,carrot,kiwi,kiwi gold. Also we must drink eight glasses of water, for snacks, we can eat snackbar instead of potato chips. Thats all for about healthy tips hope you can successful and be a healthy person.

Everyone wants a healthy life. But there have a problem ,How to keep healthy?I have some ideas.
Firstly,I think we should do exerise everyday because it can make us be strong.Next,we need a balance diet because if we eat oily food too much,we will become fat.We should eat more vegetable and fruit because it can make us be heathy.Finally,we should early to bed, early to rise is the way to keep healthy.I hope all of Hong Kong people can have a healthy life.Come on! I have a healthy life.
My healthy life is drink eight glasses of water per day and I am going to bed early every day. Going to bed early gives me enough sleep. So I have spirit everyday. I am smile every day , I try don't worry any things. It can keep me happy everyday. I always to eat healthy food , such as vegetable and fruits. It can keep you healthy. I always doing exercise , it keep me healthy and strong. I seldom eating fast food because it is very oily .

I thought that must have Jiankang's life, most important is each day drinks 7-8 water, because can supplement effectively the organism lacks moisture content, will also increase organism adding water the demand. Moreover, I thought that must have Jiankang's body to often make the movement, because makes the movement to be possible to promote the blood circulation, but may also strengthen our cardiopulmonary function, maintains the health.

For example:
1) You should drink eight glasses of water every day .
2) You should do exerise every day .For example : running , playing basketball etc .
3) You should eat a lot of fruit and vegetable because they are healthy good .
4) You shouldn't drink a lot of soft drink because they have a lot of suger .
5) You should sleep 7 to 8 hours every day .

If I want to healthy,I will do exercise when I go home.eg:play football,run or more.
Every day I will drink 8 glasses of water and I will eat more vegetables and eat some beef and eat more rice.
I will at 11 o'clock go to sleep and I will get up at 7 o"clock.I think it can help me to healthy.
I will not eat more oily food because it will be make me to fat.
I think if you follow this opinion,you maybe to healthy.

I have a healthy life! First I drink eight glasses of water every day. Second I eat a lot of health’s foods, such as fruit and vegetable. Sometime I will eat some snacks, but it cannot eat too much, because it will make me fat. Third I do enough exercise every day, such as running and cycling.
